Archer Aviation (ACHR) has inked a strategic memorandum of understanding with Jetex, a global private aviation services provider, to facilitate the worldwide deployment of its Midnight electric air taxi fleet. The collaboration will retrofit Jetex’s 40 terminals across 30+ countries, beginning with UAE infrastructure upgrades for charging, passenger experience, and operational integration.

Shares of the pre-revenue company have gained 4% YTD as it builds momentum toward its 2025 commercialization target. Jetex’s expertise in fueling, ground handling, and concierge services provides Archer with critical operational leverage in the nascent urban air mobility sector.
